Now!! off to Torokina tomorrow after a very social week here in Buka. Fred Smith departed these shores with a wonderfull dinner courtesy of the Bullamacau Boys..”never felt so loved in my life..” Fred will be missed by many.Sorry to all re this erratic blogging.Has been raining here and the new Bank of South Pacific does NOT take Visa!! UPE project to get another go week after next. Lukim yu.

Trip to Wakunai and the UPE unfortunately aborted due “Mekamui Defence Force” guys with guns not wanting to see my white arse in “their” No Go Zone. Ha! Everyone except these Raskols up-set and embarrased. Return trip fraught with car problems and the Raua bridge collapse.See above.
